The bundle production line groups several microducts into one coil with a common outer sheath. Bundles simplify laying several routes at once and keep the ducts organised at joints and cabinets.
This line gathers finished microducts and extrudes an HDPE outer sheath over them to build a 4 or 7-way bundle; both 8/5 and 14/10 configurations are supported. Seven passive uncoilers, each on its own drum, keep every tube on an independent path, and the cross-type die head wraps the bundle with an exact layout.
